TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ATS expects from it’s trainers professionalism, sincerity and commitment during assignments.
2. Annual registration fee Rs. 1250/- will be charged which will be non-refundable.
3. The assignments will be on percentage basis .No other emoluments will be paid.
4. The trainers are representatives of ATS among clients hence they are expected not to promote
themselves individually.
5. Assignments will be given on the basis of availability and suitability.
6. Trainers may use their own content or may take content from ATS. Own content must be approved
before any training.
7. Payment shall be made through bank transfer only i.e. NEFT/RTGS/IMPS /UPI only.
